摘 要:为了解东方田鼠(Microtus fortis)雌雄个体不同器官组织中苹果酸脱氢酶(malate dehydrog enase,MDH)的活性及分布,采用非变性不连续的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对东方田鼠雌雄个体的心脏、肝脏、肾脏、肌肉、脑、肺脏中的革果酸脱氢酶进行分离,建立电泳图谱并进行比较分析.结果表明,东方田鼠雌雄个体中革果酸脱氢酶分离出迁移率为0.019~0.514的23条谱带,苹果酸脱氢酶在东方田鼠雌雄个体的6种器官组织中均有表达,东方田鼠雌雄个体之间及同一个体不同器官组织之间酶的活性及分布有差异.本研究为东方田鼠实验动物化及农林鼠害的防治提供了基础的生化数据资料.To investigate the activity and distribution of malate dehydrogenase(MDH)in different organs of Microtus fortis.Malate dehydrogenase in the heart,liver,kidney,muscle,brain and lung of male Microtus fortis and female Microtus fortis was isolated by non-denaturing and discontinuous polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results showed that 23 bands of malate dehydrogenase with mobility ranging from 0.019 to 0.514 were isolated from male Microtus fortis and female Microtus fortis.Malate dehydrogenase was expressed in six kinds of organs and tissues of male Microtus fortis and female Microtus fortis,and the activity and distribution of the enzyme were different between male Microtus fortis and female Microtus fortis,the same individual and different organs and tissues.This study provided the basic biochemical data for the experimental animalization of the Microtus fortis and the prevention and control of rodent damage in agriculture and forestry.
