不同生长年限赤芍清热作用分析

摘　　要：采用小鼠发热模型,通过肛温测定、粪便含水量测定、碳末推进率及组织病理学观察,确定不同生长年限赤芍的清热能力.研究结果表明,大兴安岭栽培赤芍药用最佳采收年限为二年生赤芍,此时清热能力最强.Using a mouse fever model,the heat clearing ability of different growth years of Paeonia Radix Rubra was determined through anal temperature measurement,fecal water content measurement,carbon powder propulsion rate,and histopathological observation.The research results indicate that the optimal harvesting period for medicinal cultivation of Paeonia Radix in the Greater Khingan Range is two-year-old Paeonia lactiflora,which has the strongest heat clearing ability.
