摘 要:网络成瘾是比较严重的社会问题,给大学生的学习生活带来了一系列负面影响,为进一步探讨大学生网络成瘾机制,通过童年创伤问卷、网络成瘾量表和情绪调节策略量表对587名大学生进行调查。采用SPSS24.0和AMOS24.0对数据统计分析。结果发现,童年创伤经历对网络成瘾有显著的正向预测作用,对情绪调节策略有显著的负向预测作用;情绪调节策略对网络成瘾有显著的负向预测作用,在童年创伤和网络成瘾之间起中介作用。因此可以通过干预大学生的情绪调节策略,防止其网络成瘾行为的发生。Internet addiction is a serious social problem,which has brought a series of negative impacts on college students’study and life.In order to further explore the mechanism of Internet addiction among college students,587 college students were investigated through childhood trauma questionnaire,Internet Addiction Scale and Emotional Regulation Strategy Scale.SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0 were used for statistical analysis of the data.The results showed that childhood trauma experience had a significant positive predictive effect on Internet addiction,and a significant negative predictive effect on emotion regulation strategies.Emotion regulation strategies had a significant negative predictive effect on Internet addiction,and emotion regulation strategies played a mediating role between childhood trauma and Internet addiction.Therefore,the occurrence of Internet addiction can be reduced by intervening the emotion regulation strategies of college students.
