摘　　要：坚持人民至上是贯穿习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想体系的一条红线,是党的二十大概括出的这一思想的重要世界观和方法论之一,是马克思主义中国化时代化的重大理论成果。马克思主义唯物史观、中国共产党几代领导人的思想成果和新时代十年伟大变革的生动实践分别构成坚持人民至上的理论渊源、历史基因和现实基础。坚持人民至上具有丰富的思想内涵和价值意蕴,始终依照“发展为了人民、发展依靠人民、发展成果由人民共享”的理念原则,从目的、动力、归宿等方面形成了科学体系。坚持人民至上深刻反映了中国共产党人的根本立场和基本观点,其具体实现路径必然彰显历史唯物主义的实践要求。Adhering to the principle of putting the people first is a red line that runs through Xi Jinping’s ideological system of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.It is one of the important worldviews and methodologies of this ideology summarized at the 20th National Congress of the CPC,and a major theoretical achievement in the Sinicization and modernization of Marxism.Marxist historical materialism,the ideological achievements of several generations of leaders of the CPC,and the vivid practice in the past decade of great changes in the new era constitute the theoretical origin,historical gene,and realistic basis of upholding the supremacy of the people.Adhering to the principle of putting the people first has rich ideological connotations and value implications,and always follows the concept of“development for the people,development by the people,and development achievements shared by the people”.It has formed a scientific system from the aspects of purpose,motivation,and destination.Adherence to the supremacy of the people deeply reflects the fundamental position and basic views of the CPC,and its specific implementation path will inevitably highlight the practical requirements of historical materialism.
