新质生产力下民机制造业发展需求与方向

摘　　要：通过借鉴历次产业革命,工业需求和技术前提是变革发端的必要条件;科研创新和技术管理是从点到面实现变革涌现的关键;新型劳动者、新型劳动资料、新型劳动对象是新质生产力的核心要素。聚焦民机制造业的飞机总装测试,结合新质生产力的产业需求—飞机状态智能感知、试验数据可靠追溯、多人多机高效协同,从新型民机制造劳动者、新型民机制造劳动资料、新型民机制造劳动对象的角度,阐述民机技术创新及技术管理的发展方向。By studying the previous industrial revolution,the industrial demand and technical premise are the necessary conditions;technological innovation and technology management are the key to enlarge new-quality productive forces;new-type laborers,new-type labor materials and new-type labor objects are the core elements.Focusing on aircraft test in final assembly line in the civil aircraft manufacturing industry,the needs for new-quality productive forces include automatic identification of aircraft status,reliable traceability of test data,and efficient collaboration between multiple people and multiple machinery.From the perspectives of new civil aircraft manufacturing laborers,new civil aircraft manufacturing labor materials and new civil aircraft manufacturing labor objects,the development direction of technological innovation and the technical management under this background are expounded.
