摘 要:本文以实际工程C35立柱配合比为基础,研究了不同吸水率粗骨料对混凝土性能的影响。研究发现,混凝土坍落度及坍落扩展度随烘干骨料吸水率增加而减小,但不受饱和面干粗骨料吸水率的影响;饱和面干粗骨料配置的混凝土抗压强度和回弹强度随吸水率增加而减小,但回弹强度减小幅度小于抗压强度的减小幅度;当粗骨料吸水率不大于1.8%时,混凝土各项性能受吸水率影响较小,建议工程用粗骨料吸水率不大于1.8%。Based on the C35 column mix proportion of the actual project,this paper studies the influence of coarse aggregate with different water absorption rates on the performance of concrete.It is found that the slump and slump expansion of concrete decrease with the increase of water absorption of dried coarse aggregate,but are not affected by the water absorption rate of saturated surface dry coarse aggregate;the compressive strength and rebound strength of concrete with saturated surface dry coarse aggregate configuration decrease with the increase of water absorption rate,but the decrease in rebound strength is smaller than the decrease in compressive strength;when the water absorption rate of coarse aggregate is not more than 1.8%,the properties of concrete are less affected by the water absorption rate,and this paper suggests that the water absorption rate of coarse aggregate for engineering should not be more than 1.8%.
