摘  要:由于煤矿主通风机部件及配件都要进行定点、定期检查,来发现设备的特殊现象与隐患,及时掌握设备故障的初期信息,并基于知识图谱和专家经验进行故障诊断和辅助决策。因此,本文基于煤矿在设备管理方面的先进经验,研究了主通风机状态检修、优化检修与设备全生命周期管理相结合的设备管理方法,开发了相应的运维管理软件,以期提高设备的可靠性和安全性,降低运维成本。Due to the need for fixed-point and regular inspections of the main ventilation fan components and accessories in coal mines,special phenomena and hidden dangers of the equipment can be discovered,early information on equipment failures can be timely grasped,and fault diagnosis and auxiliary decision-making can be carried out based on knowledge graphs and expert experience.Therefore,this paper is based on advanced experience in equipment management in coal mines,and studies the equipment management method that combines status maintenance,optimized maintenance,and equipment lifecycle management of main ventilation fans.Corresponding operation and maintenance management software has been developed,thereby improving the reliability and safety of the equipment,and reducing operation and maintenance costs.
