等级医院评审数据分值不达标的原因分析与对策研究

摘　　要：目的加强医院日常数据管理,提高医院有关《江苏省三级综合医院评审标准实施细则(2023版)》第二部分的评审分值。方法文章从医院在省等级医院评审系统内评审分值不达标现状出发,多角度分析数据填报过程中存在的问题,提出解决策略。结果分析发现在等级医院评审数据填报中存在创建氛围不热烈,创建意识不活跃、条款解读不透彻,指标落实不到位,填报人员不规范,填报流程不合理等问题。结论应重视数据填报问题,“以评促建”“以评促改”,提高数据填报得分。Objective To strengthen the hospital's daily data management,and improve the hospital's accreditation score of the second part of The Implementation Rules for the Accreditation Standards of Jiangsu Tertiary General Hospitals(2023 edition).Methods Based on substandard scores of the hospital in the provincial hospital accreditation system,this paper analyzed the problems in the process of data filling from multiple angles,and proposed solutions.Results The analysis found that there were problems found in the data filling of grade hospitals accreditation,such as a lack of enthusiasm in building atmosphere,lack of active awareness of building,unclear interpretation of terms,poor implementation of indicators,nonstandard filling personnel,and unreasonable filling process.Conclusion Attention should be paid to the issue of data filing,and"accreditation for construction"and"accreditation for improvement"should be used to improve data filing scores.
