摘　　要：目的探讨关键节点风险控制模块在手术标本安全管理中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2023年2—6月采用常规信息化标本管理模式采集的47523件手术标本作为对照组,2023年7—11月采用信息化关键节点风险控制模块手术标本管理模式采集的47593件手术标本作为改进组。比较两种管理模式下采集手术标本的差错发生率、标本固定合格率、标本固定所需的平均时间、医护满意度。结果关键节点风险控制模块的手术标本质量安全管理模式降低了手术标本差错发生率,有效提高手术标本质控质量管理,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论关键节点风险控制模块在手术标本安全管理中的应用,可更好地管理手术标本环节控制,降低风险,形成完整的手术标本安全管理的风险控制体系。Objective To explore the application effect of critical node risk control module in the safety management of surgical specimens.Methods Using convenience sampling method,47523 surgical specimens collected from February to June in 2023 using conventional information technology specimen management mode were selected as the control group,and 47593 surgical specimens collected from July to November in 2023 using information technology critical node risk control module surgical specimen management mode were selected as the improvement group.The error rate,specimen fixation pass rate,average time required for specimen fixation of surgical specimens,and doctors and nurses'satisfaction under the two management modes were compared.Results The surgical specimen quality and safety management mode of critical node risk control module reduced the error incidence rate of surgical specimens and effectively improved their quality control and quality management,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The application of critical node risk control module in the safety management of surgical specimens can better manage the surgical specimen link control,reduce risks,and form a complete risk control system for the safety management of surgical specimens.
