摘  要:目的提高门诊药房药事服务、管理能力,提升患者就医体验感。方法分析我院2023年1月1日—2023年6月30日智慧门诊药房运行中存在的问题,提出相关对策并实施,总结2023年8月1日—2023年12月31日成效。结果改变取药流程、人性化叫号、完善补药方式、增加分布式药房等措施,能有效提升工作效率,提升患者就医体验。结论通过不断改进,自动化设备工作效率提升,患者取药等候时间大幅缩短,药品管理更加规范。Objective To improve the service and management ability of outpatient pharmacy and enhance patients'visiting experience.Methods The problems existing in the operation of intelligent outpatient pharmacy in our hospital from January 1st,2023 to June 30th,2023 were analyzed,relevant countermeasures were put forward and implemented,and the results from August 1st,2023 to December 31st,2023 were summarized.Results Measures such as changing the drug collection process,humanized calling,improving the way of refilling medicine,and increasing distributed pharmacies can effectively improve work efficiency and patients'visiting experience.Conclusion Through continuous improvement,the working efficiency of the automation equipment has been improved,the waiting time for patients to take medicine has been greatly shortened,and the drug management has been more standardized.
