区域医疗联盟临床知识库的建设与应用探讨

摘　　要：为推动区域医疗的发展,实现诊疗信息的互联互通,促进临床知识库在区域诊疗中的作用。文章基于医院诊疗联盟数据中心平台的建设,建立区域临床知识库,收集区域知识数据,对区域知识数据进行整理、匹配、应用,在保障患者诊疗安全的基础上,降低了患者的诊疗费用。In order to promote the development of regional medical care,realize the interconnection of diagnosis and treatment information,and promote the role of clinical knowledge base in regional diagnosis and treatment,based on the construction of the platform of hospital diagnosis and treatment alliance data center,the paper establishes a regional clinical knowledge base,collects regional knowledge data,and organizes,adjusts and applies the regional knowledge data,which reduces patients'diagnosis and treatment costs on the basis of ensuring patients'diagnosis and treatment safety.
