声震损伤的研究进展

摘　　要：随着呼叫中心的迅速发展,越来越多呼叫中心有员工反映,长时间听到电话里随机传来的突然巨响(声音事件)后出现了一些异常的症状,具体表现为创伤反应,耳内和耳周疼痛/烧灼/麻木、耳闷、耳鸣、听觉过敏和眩晕等症状,这些症状与传统噪声损伤和爆震性损伤所产生的症状明显不同。目前用声震损伤(ASI)这个术语来描述这一组症状,同时用ASI来解释暴露于声学事件后可能出现的一系列症状。本文对目前国内外有关ASI的研究内容作一综述,旨在为ASI的诊断与治疗提供帮助。With the rapid development of call centers,more and more call center employees have reported experiencing abnormal symptoms after hearing prolonged sudden loud sounds(sound events)transmitted randomly over the phone.These symptoms include trauma reactions,pain/burning/numbness in and around the ears,ear stuffiness,tinnitus,auditory hypersensitiviry,and vertigo,which are significantly different from those caused by traditional noise and explosive injuries.At present,the term Acoustic Shock Injury(ASI)is used to describe this group of symptoms,and to explain a series of symptoms that may occur after exposure to acoustic events.This article provides a review of current research on ASI both domestically and internationally,aiming to provide assistance for the diagnosis and treatment of ASI.
