摘　　要：以PVC树脂为基础原料,添加稳定剂、增塑剂,无机填充物、润滑剂等助剂,经过混配挤塑制备PVC电缆专用粒料。研究了PVC电缆料配方对电缆料性能的影响,介绍了电缆料试用过程中存在的问题及解决方法。PVC cable special granules were prepared by mixing and extruding PVC resin as the basic raw material,and stabilizers,plasticizers,inorganic fillers,lubricants and other additives.The effect of formula of PVC cable compound on the performance of cable compound was studied.The problems and solutions in the trial process of the cable compound were introduced.
