摘　　要：简述了PVC离心母液的来源及水质特性,详细介绍了金川集团化工有限责任公司离心母液处理工艺存在的缺陷及优化改进措施。在原有的工艺系统上,新增了离心母液预处理技术、末端出水深度处理杀菌技术、污泥处理系统空压风搅拌改造技术、新型组合填料技术。升级优化后,处理后离心母液COD去除率在85%以上,出水COD在40 mg/L以下,完全达到排放标准,各项指标均达到回用要求。The source and water quality characteristics of PVC centrifugal mother liquor were briefly described.The defects of the centrifugal mother liquor treatment process of Jinchuan Group Chemical Co.,Ltd.were introduced in detail as well as the optimization measures.On the existing process system,new technologies were added,such as centrifugal mother liquor pretreatment technology,advanced treatment and sterilization technology for effluent at the end,air pressure and agitation transformation technology for sludge treatment system,and new combination packing technology.After upgrading and optimization,the COD removal rate of the treated centrifugal mother liquor was over 85%,and the effluent COD was below 40 mg/L,fully meeting the discharge standards.All indicators met the requirements for reuse.
