摘 要:随着国家经济快速发展,已建桥梁负荷日趋增大,导致桥梁病害频发。桥梁加固是桥梁病害维修、提高桥梁承载力的常用方法。本研究以东南西环三滘高架桥等4座三类桥梁加固维修工程为研究基础,自行设计一套插销式轨道凿毛机,并提出可调式凿毛施工技术。通过对比试验及工程检验,该技术克服了在不同宽度、不同深度及不同角度的桥梁结构面上快速凿毛施工的难题,并结合凿毛机形成了一套完整、高效、高质的凿毛施工工艺。可调式结构凿毛施工技术对于桥梁加固及其他结构凿毛施工具有广泛推广意义。With the rapid development of the economy,the load on existing bridges is increasing,leading to frequent occurrence of bridge diseases.Bridge reinforcement is a common method for repairing bridge defects and improving bridge bearing capacity.This study is based on the reinforcement and maintenance projects of four Class III bridges,including the Sanjiao Elevated Bridge on the Southeast West Ring Road.A set of pin type track chiseling machines was designed independently,and an adjustable chiseling construction technology was proposed.Through comparative experiments and engineering inspections,this technology has overcome the difficulties of rapid chiseling construction on bridge structural surfaces of different widths,depths,and angles,and combined with chiseling machines to form a complete,efficient,and high-quality chiseling construction process.The adjustable structure chiseling construction technology has wide promotion significance for bridge reinforcement and other structural chiseling construction.
