摘 要:随着建筑节能特别是空调节能的要求越来越高,一次泵变流量系统的研究和应用倍受重视,现对中央空调系统一次泵变流量系统综合应用进行分析和研究。通过设计、设备性能特性分析及选型计算的方式,研究和分析冷水机组、冷冻及冷却水泵、空调末端设备的流量工况变化时的工作特性,从系统设备选型、施工管理等方面进行精细化实施,保证一次泵变流量空调系统以“小流量、大温差”运行。研究结果表明:空调一次泵变流量精细化实施后与一次泵定流量系统相比,系统能效比提高30.4%,全年耗电量减少29%,节能效果显著。With the increasing demand for building energy efficiency,especially air conditioning energy efficiency,the research and application of Primary Pump Variable Flow Systems have been highly valued.Now,the comprehensive application of Primary Pump Variable Flow Systems in central air conditioning systems is analyzed and studied.Through design,analysis of equipment performance characteristics,and selection calculations,this study investigates and analyzes the working characteristics of chiller units,refrigeration and cooling water pumps,and air conditioning terminal equipment when flow conditions change.Fine implementation is carried out from the aspects of system equipment selection and construction management to ensure that the Primary Pump Variable Flow Air Conditioning System operates with"small flow,large temperature difference".The research results show that after the implementation of refined variable flow rate for air conditioning primary pumps,compared with the fixed flow rate system for primary pumps,the system's energy efficiency ratio is improved by 30.4%,and the annual power consumption is reduced by 29%,with significant energy-saving effects.
