摘  要:为探究嗜虫耶尔森氏菌Yersinia entomophaga CSLH88对哺乳动物的毒害作用,选择无特定病原体(specific pathogen free,SPF)级7周龄ICR小鼠评估急性经口毒性和急性经口致病性,设计特异性引物检测小鼠体内嗜虫耶尔森菌残留情况,评估其是否可作为携带毒素防治松墨天牛Monochamus alternatus的载体菌株。结果表明:该菌对小鼠的半致死剂量(LD_(50))大于5000 mg/kg,筛选得到特异性引物,检测发现小鼠组织及血液、粪便中残留CSLH88,但未出现病变,且在21 d后可以完全清除;小鼠在试验期间未出现异常现象。嗜虫耶尔森氏菌对小鼠无毒性和致病性,可作为防治松墨天牛的潜在工程菌株。To determine the virulence of Yersinia entomophaga CSLH88 in mammals,acute oral toxicity tests and acute oral pathogenicity tests were conducted on specific pathogen free(SPF)7‑week‑old ICR mice,specific primers were designed to detect the presence of Y.entomophaga in various tissues of the mice.The results showed that the median lethal dose(LD_(50))of the Y.entomophaga in mice was higher than 5000 mg/kg.Specific primers were successfully obtained by screening.Although Y.entomophaga(CSLH88)was detected in various tissues such as blood and feces,no lesions were observed,and the Y.entomophaga were completely cleared after 21 days.During the experiments,mice did not show any abnormal symptoms.Y.entomophaga showed no toxicity or pathogenicity in mice,indicating its potential as an engineered strain for controlling M.alternatus.
