摘　　要：介绍了消失模铸造白区的生产工艺流程,重点分析了各道工序的设备选型与方案布置,特别关注了影响产品质量的关键环节。针对珠粒含水率控制、烘干温度和湿度控制、涂料均匀性等问题,提出了合理化建议。此外,根据产能需求选择自动粘接机以提升生产效率。通过项目全过程的设计、采购、安装调试与投产运行的实践,总结了白区生产车间的工艺设计经验,为类似项目的建设提供了重要参考。This paper introduces the production process flow of the white area in lost foam casting,focusing on the equipment selection and layout planning for each process step,with particular attention to key factors affecting product quality.Reasonable suggestions are provided for controlling bead moisture content,drying temperature and humidity,and coating uniformity.Furthermore,the selection of automatic bonding machines is recommended based on production capacity to improve efficiency.Through practical experience gained from the entire project lifecycle,including design,procurement,installation,commissioning,and operation,the paper summarizes the process design experience of the white area production workshop,providing valuable references for similar projects.
