摘 要:CTOD试验是一种有效评估材料焊接性能及焊接接头抗断裂性能的方法,广泛应用于桥梁、船舶等高安全系数领域。本文对桥梁用低合金钢铸件进行了焊接性评定,通过CTOD试验验证了铸件材料的焊接性能及服役性能。试验过程涵盖了铸件生产、焊材选择、焊接工艺评定与规范、焊接质量控制及CTOD试验的实施。CTOD test is an effective method for evaluating the welding performance of materials and the fracture resistance of welded joints.It is widely used in high-safety-factor industries such as bridge and shipbuilding.In this study,the weldability of low-alloy steel castings for bridges was assessed,and the material's welding and service performance were verified through CTOD testing.The testing process involved the production of the castings,selection of welding materials,evaluation and specification of the welding procedure,control of welding quality,and the execution of the CTOD test.
