摘 要:铸造生产工序复杂,涉及多种质量控制环节,传统的纸质记录方式耗时耗力,且数据检索和存储效率低下,难以满足现代铸造企业的质量管理需求。本文结合产品质量提升工程,开发并应用了一种基于Access的铸件质量信息管理系统。该系统能够自动检索铸件生产过程中的关键质量信息,包括浇注记录、性能数据及操作人员信息等,大幅提高了信息的共享、追溯和统计分析的效率,提升了企业的质量管理水平。实际应用表明,该系统在减少人力、提高生产效率及优化质量管控方面具有显著成效。The casting production process is complex,involving various quality control stages.Traditional paper-based record-keeping methods are time-consuming,labor-intensive,and inefficient in terms of data retrieval and storage,making it difficult to meet the quality management needs of modern foundry enterprises.In response to this,this paper introduces the development and application of a casting quality information management system based on Access,integrated with a product quality improvement project.The system automatically retrieves key quality information from the casting production process,including pouring records,performance data,and operator information.This significantly enhances the efficiency of information sharing,traceability,and statistical analysis,thereby improving the overall quality management level of the enterprise.Practical application of the system has demonstrated its effectiveness in reducing labor,increasing production efficiency,and optimizing quality control.
