摘　　要：王鹏运与郑文焯为清末著名词人、词学家。二人商略词学,情谊深厚。由于文献史料的缺乏,今人对于他们词学交往的细节一直缺乏较为全面、丰富的认识。今见王鹏运致郑文焯书札四通,内容涉及二人生平及校勘梦窗词等重要信息,呈现了清季词学家学术交往的生动图景,具有较高的词学价值。Wang Pengyun and Zheng Wenzhuo were famous ci-poets and scholars in the late Qing Dynasty.They discussed the study of ci-poetry and had deep friendship.Due to the lack of historical materials,there has never been a more comprehensive and rich understanding of the details about their communication in ci-poetry studies.Fortunately,we have found four letters from Wang Pengyun to Zheng Wenzhuo,which contain important information such as their biographies and the collation of Wu Wenying’s ci poems.These letters present the vivid picture of academic exchanges among scholars in the late Qing Dynasty,and have high value in ci-poetry studies.
