摘 要:为进一步探究聚合钛系混凝剂的处理效能,增强其处理能力,添加铝、铁及硅元素对聚合氯化钛混凝剂进行改性处理。结果表明,聚合氯化钛硅(PTSC)混凝效果优于聚合氯化钛、钛铝、钛铁,在投加量为80mg·L^(-1)、pH值为7,摩尔比为1∶1时,其处理率达95.3%,对低温水混凝效果良好。响应面法优化后的实验条件为:投加量为100mg·L^(-1),pH值为7,摩尔比为15∶1,混凝剂投加量与pH值、pH值与温度因素交互作用显著,扫描电镜结果显示,硅元素的添加增强了混凝剂吸附架桥能力。In order to further investigate the treatment efficacy of polymerized titanium coagulant and to enhance its treatment capacity,the polymerized titanium chloride coagulant was modified by adding aluminum,iron and silicon elements.The results showed that the coagulation effect of polymerized titanium silica chloride(PTSC)was better than that of polymerized titanium chloride,titanium aluminum and titanium iron,and its treatment rate reached 95.3%at the dosage of 80mg·L^(-1),pH value of 7,and the molar ratio of 1∶1,which had a good effect on coagulation of low-temperature water.The optimized experimental conditions of response surface method were as follows:dosage of 100mg·L^(-1),pH value of 7,molar ratio of 15∶1,significant interaction between coagulant dosage and pH,pH and temperature factors,and the results of scanning electron microscopy showed that the addition of silica enhanced the adsorption and bridging ability of the coagulant.
