摘  要:本文建立了一种高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器同时测定青蒿中菜油甾醇、豆甾醇和胡萝卜苷3种植物甾醇化合物的分析方法。结果表明,该方法的精密度、准确度及线性关系良好(R^(2)>0.9994),检测限为0.55~7.07μg·mL^(-1),定量限为1.67~21.44μg·mL^(-1),日内、日间精度的相对标准偏差均小于2.93%,加样回收率为90.03%~104.91%。本文所建立的方法可成功应用于青蒿中菜油甾醇、豆甾醇和胡萝卜苷的质量控制分析。A high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector was developed for the simultaneous determination of three phytosterols in Artemisia.The results showed that the precision,accuracy and linearity of the method were good(R^(2)>0.9994),the detection limits were 0.55~7.07μg·mL^(-1),and the limits of quantification were 1.67~21.44μg·mL^(-1).The relative standard deviations of intra-day and intra-day accuracy were both less than 2.93%.The recoveries were 90.03%~104.91%.The method established in this paper can be successfully applied to the quality control analysis of canola sterol,stigmasterol and carotenoside in Artemisia annul.
