摘  要:采用不同用量三酸(HNO_(3)-HCl-HF)体系对样品进行微波消解。以^(45)Sc、^(103)Rh、^(209)Bi为内标,应用ICP-MS同时测定土壤样品中Cr、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd。实验结果表明,各元素标准曲线相关系数均在0.9999以上,方法检出限为0.004~0.434μg·g^(-1),加标回收率为90.4%~108.9%,精密度为0.8%~8.4%,结果均在参考范围内。经过准确度和精密度分析研究,酸体系Ⅰ稍优于体系Ⅱ,两种体系都能将待测金属元素完全溶解,基本无挥发损失,具有很好的可靠性。该方法前处理简单,耗时短,灵敏度高,准确度高,为土壤中重金属元素的测定提供了真实有效的检测依据,适用于生态地球化学和第三次全国土壤普查样品中多金属元素的同时测定。The samples were subjected to microwave digestion using different amounts of citric acid(HNO_(3)-HCl-HF)system.Using ^(45)Sc,^(103)Rh and ^(209)Bi as internal standards,ICP-MS was used to simultaneously determine Cr,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Pb,and Cd in soil samples.The experimental results show that the correlation coefficients of the standard curves for each element are all above 0.9999,and the detection limit of the method is 0.004~0.434μg·g^(-1),with a recovery rate of 90.4%~108.9%and a precision of 0.8%~8.4%,all results are within the reference range.After accuracy and precision analysis,acid system I is slightly better than system II.Both systems can completely dissolve the metal elements to be tested,with basically no volatilization loss,and have good reliability.This method has simple pre-processing,short time consumption,high sensitivity,and high accuracy,providing a real and effective detection basis for the determination of heavy metal elements in soil.It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of multiple metal elements in ecological geochemistry and the third national soil survey samples.
