摘 要:建立液液萃取-气相色谱法同时测定环境水体中的12种氯苯类化合物。对样品处理条件及仪器测定条件进行了优化,采取石油醚作为萃取试剂,FFAP毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm)作为分离柱。当水样为1L、定容体积为1.0mL时,各种氯苯类化合物在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好,检出限在0.002~12μg·L^(-1)之间。通过高、中、低质量浓度的加标回收实验,分析结果的精密度(0.81%~8.13%)、准确度(73.07%~110.6%)(n=6)均有较好的结果,同时对环境中常见的水体取样,进行了加标分析,也取得了较好的结果,此方法适用于环境水体中12种氯苯类化合物的同时测定。Simultaneous determination of 12 chlorobenzenes in environmental water by liquid-liquid extraction gas chromatography.The sample processing conditions and instrument determination conditions were optimized.Petroleum ether was used as the extraction reagent,and FFAP capillary column(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm)was used as the separation column.When the water sample is 1L and the constant volume is 1.0mL,the linearity of each substance is good within the respective concentration range,and the detection limit is 0.002~2μg·L^(-1).This method was used to carry out the spiked recovery test at high,medium and low mass concentration levels for experimental water.The precision(0.81%~8.13%)and accuracy(73.07%~110.6%)(n=6)of the results were good.Samples were taken from common water bodies in our environment,and standard addition analysis was carried out,good results were also obtained.This method is applicable to the simultaneous determination of 12 chlorobenzenes in environmental water bodies.
