低渗油藏用纳米微球调驱剂的制备及室内实验

摘  要:针对传统聚合物驱存在稳定性差和对油藏适应性不足的问题,提出一种新型纳米微球调驱剂的制备。实验首先对纳米微球调驱剂的配比和实验条件进行优化,对优化后纳米微球调驱剂性能进行分析,并通过室内实验确定该纳米微球调驱剂的增产效果。实验结果表明,当乳化剂配比司盘18:吐温80为8∶2、油水比为7∶3、总单体用量为18%、丙烯酰胺和N-异丙基丙烯酰胺复配比为2∶3、交联剂用量为3%、引发剂用量为0.06%、反应温度为40℃、反应转速为450r·min^(-1)时,制备的纳米微球乳液90℃静置30d后,乳液状态清澈透明;-20℃冷冻30d后,乳液不出现破乳、沉淀等现象;纳米微球颗粒吸水倍率最高达到4.3倍,膨胀倍数为3.17,表现出良好的性能。室内驱油实验结果表明,该纳米微球调驱剂对原油增产率约为11.7%,表现出良好的驱油效果。Aiming at the problems of poor stability and insufficient reservoir adaptability of traditional polymer flooding,a new type of nano-microsphere conditioning repellent is proposed.The test firstly optimizes the ratio and test conditions of the nano-microsphere conditioning repellent,then analyzes the perfermance of the optimized nano-microsphere conditioning repelleng and finally determines the production enhancement effect of the nano-microphere conditioning repellent by the indoor experiment.The results of the tests showed that,In the emulsifier ratio is division plate 18∶Tween 80 is 8∶2,The oil to water ratio is 7∶3,the total monomer dosage was 18%,the compound ratio of acrylamide and N-isopropylacrylamide is 2∶3,the amount of the crosslinker used was 3%,the initiator dosage was 0.06%,the reaction temperature was 40℃,after 90℃of nanomicrosphere emulsion prepared at 450r·min^(-1) for 30d,the emulsion state is clear and transparent;after freezing at-20℃for 30d,the emulsion does not appear emulsion,precipitation and other phenomena;the highest water absorption rate reached 4.3 times,expansion multiple of 3.17,showed a good performance.The results of indoor oil flooding test showed that the yield rate of the oil was about 11.7%,which showed good effect.
