含硫油田井筒腐蚀结垢规律分析及防治措施研究

摘  要:为降低含硫油田井筒腐蚀结垢对油井生产的影响,以某含硫油田井筒采出水和井筒钢材为研究对象,通过水样离子组成分析、腐蚀结垢产物组成分析、腐蚀实验以及防垢实验,对含硫油田井筒腐蚀结垢规律进行了分析,并提出了防治措施。结果表明,目标含硫油田采出水的矿化度较高,并且其中Cl^(-)和硫化物含量较高,存在严重的腐蚀和结垢风险。目标含硫油田井筒腐蚀结垢产物中的Fe S含量较高,占比均在55%以上,结垢产物CaCO_(3)的含量也较多,占比在10%以上。采出水中硫化物和Cl^(-)的含量越高、温度越高、pH值越低,其对井筒钢材的腐蚀速率相对就越大。缓蚀剂S-3和防垢剂FG-1对目标含硫油田井筒腐蚀结垢的防治效果较好,推荐缓蚀剂S-3的最佳加量为100mg·L^(-1),防垢剂FG-1的最佳加量为80mg·L^(-1)。In order to reduce the impact of corrosion and scaling on oil well production in sulfur-containing oil fields,the produced water from a certain sulfur-containing oil field wellbore and wellbore steel were taken as research objects.Through analysis of water sample ion composition,analysis of corrosion and scaling product composition,corrosion experiments and anti-scaling experiments,the corrosion and scaling laws of sulfur-containing oil field wellbore were analyzed,and prevention and control measures were proposed.The results indicate that the mineralization of the produced water from the target sulfur-containing oilfield is high,and the content of chloride ions and sulfides is high,posing a serious risk of corrosion and scaling.The FeS content in the corrosion and scaling products of the target sulfur-containing oilfield wellbore is relatively high,accounting for more than 55%,and the scaling product CaCO_(3) content is also relatively high,accounting for more than 10%.The higher the content of sulfides and chloride ions in the extracted water,the higher the temperature,the lower the pH value,the greater the corrosion rate of the wellbore steel.The corrosion inhibitor S-3 and scale inhibitor FG-1 have good prevention and control effects on the corrosion and scaling of the target sulfur-containing oilfield wellbore.The recommended optimal dosage of corrosion inhibitor S-3 is 100mg·L^(-1),and the optimal dosage of scale inhibitor FG-1 is 80mg·L^(-1).
