摘 要:为提升无烟煤浮选效果,增强煤矿开采企业经济效益,本次提出新型浮选药剂对无烟煤浮选效果的影响研究。以太西无烟煤为实验煤样进行研究,采用煤油、柴油、杂醇以及仲辛醇等试剂制备不同的捕收剂、起泡剂及FX1、FX2和FX33种新型浮选药剂。在不同浮选药剂、不同配比条件下,测试其对实验煤样的浮选性能,通过计算精煤产率与灰分等确定浮选完善度指标。实验结果表明,与现有药剂相比,FX1优势并不显著,FX2对起泡性能进行优化,令捕收剂与起泡剂的融合度显著提升,而FX3内引入煤制柴油与烃类酸等试剂,显著提升了实验煤样的浮选质量,其预期精煤产量为80.34%,尾矿灰分为62.52%,分别提升4.27%和6.70%;在捕收剂与起泡剂配比为1∶1.5的条件下,浮选药剂的浮选完善度指标最高,达到43.99%。In order to improve the flotation effect of anthracite and enhance the economic benefits of coal mining enterprises,the research on the influence of new flotation reagents on the flotation effect of anthracite is proposed this time.Taking Taixi anthracite as the test coal sample,different collectors,foaming agents and three new flotation agents FX1,FX2 and FX3 were prepared with kerosene,diesel,fusel and secondary octanol.Test the flotation performance of test coal samples under different flotation reagents and ratios,and determine the flotation perfection index by calculating the yield and ash content of clean coal.The experimental results show that compared with existing reagents,FX1 has no significant advantage,FX2 optimizes the foaming performance,significantly improving the fusion degree between the collector and the foaming agent.However,the introduction of reagents such as coal to diesel and hydrocarbon acids into FX3 significantly improves the flotation quality of the test coal sample.The expected clean coal yield is 80.34%,and the tailings ash content is 62.52%,increasing by 4.27%and 6.70%,respectively;Under the condition of a ratio of 1∶1.5 between the collector and the foaming agent,the flotation agent has the highest flotation perfection index,reaching 43.99%.
