摘 要:【目的】研究装配式混凝土防撞墙抗撞性能。【方法】设计金属波纹管连接装配式混凝土防撞墙,并对其抗撞性能进行了试验与有限元研究,重点对水平撞击作用下装配式混凝土防撞墙破坏形态、受力全过程以及抗撞性能影响参数进行了分析。分别考虑防撞墙根部连接形式、连接钢筋间距与撞击能量对抗撞性能的影响。【结果】研究结果表明:摆锤撞击作用下,主要在试件背部产生环形并向四周扩展的裂缝,迎撞面撞击位置局部混凝土压碎,根部钢板与底座混凝土脱离;有限元模拟试件的破坏机理、冲击力时程曲线及跨中挠度时程曲线与试验结果基本吻合;随着撞击能量提高,构件冲击力峰值明显升高;增加底部角钢与钢板连接及加密连接钢筋均可有效降低试件跨中挠度。【Purposes】Prefabricated concrete anticollision wall has been applied in expressway gradually because of its various advantages.【Methods】The metal bellows for connecting prefabricated concrete anticollision wall are designed,and their anticollision performances are studied by experiments and finite element(FEM)simulations.The failure form,stress process,and impact parameters of anticollision performance of prefabricated concrete under horizontal impact are analyzed.The effects of impact energy on crashworthiness are considered in terms of the root connection form,connection reinforcement spacing,and impact energy.【Findings】The results show that:Under the action of pendulum impact,a circular crack is produced at the back of the specimen and expands in all directions,the concrete is crushed at the impact location on the impact surface,and the root steel plate is detached from the base concrete;The damage mechanism,impact force time course curve,and span deflection time course curve of the FEM simulated specimen are consistent with those of the test results;With the increase of impact energy,the peak impact force of the member increases;The midspan deflection of the specimen can be reduced by increasing the connection between bottom angle steel and steel plate or increasing the quantity of connection reinforcement.
