摘 要:旨在了解猪链球菌的致病性,明确其致病特征。采用常规方法分离细菌,对分离菌株进行形态学观察,革兰氏染色,GDH基因、毒力基因PCR扩增,小鼠致病性检测,试验小鼠肺脏和肝脏细菌分离鉴定。结果显示,从猪肺脏组织中分离到猪链球菌,革兰氏染色结果为阳性,成功扩增出GDH基因,毒力基因型为gdh+、orf+、Gapdh+和Fbps+。小鼠致病性试验显示试验小鼠表现出一定的临床症状,但未死亡,表明该菌株为弱毒株。本研究明确了广西地区猪链球菌弱毒株的致病特征,研究结果可为猪链球菌病的致病特征和防控提供参考,具有一定的公共卫生意义。The purpose of this trial was to understand the pathogenicity of the strain of Streptococcus suis and clarify its pathogenic characteristics.This study used conventional methods to isolate bacteria,and the isolated strains were subjected to morphological observation,Gram staining,PCR amplification of the GDH gene and virulence genes,detection of mouse pathogenicity,and isolation and identification of bacteria in the lungs and liver of test mice.The results showed that Streptococcus suis was isolated from pig lung tissue,the Gram staining result was positive,the GDH gene was successfully amplified,and the virulence genotypes were gdh+,orf+,Gapdh+,and Fbps+.The mouse pathogenicity test showed that the test mice exhibited certain clinical symptoms,but did not die,indicating that the strain was a weakened strain.This study clarified the pathogenic characteristics of the attenuated strain of Streptococcus suis in Guangxi.The results of this study can provide a reference for the pathogenic characteristics and prevention and control of Streptococcus suis in Guangxi,which has certain public health significance.
