加强曾留守大学生心理健康教育的探讨——以广西某高校为例

摘  要:曾留守大学生是高校的一个重要群体,探讨曾留守大学生可能存在的心理问题,提出相应的措施,期望为推进高校心理健康教育提供有益参考,促进曾留守大学生的心理健康和全面发展。某高校自编《大学生成长问卷》调查和访谈结果显示,农村曾留守大学生比非留守大学生更容易产生自卑心理,父母离婚再婚、非独生子女家庭、被寄养等特殊家庭环境,以及与父母关系不够亲密等容易导致农村曾留守大学生潜意识产生自卑心理。提出建立高校心理健康教育“四级”工作网络平台、开设大学生心理健康教育相关课程、丰富大学生第二课堂生活、建立“家校社”协同育人模式等,满足农村曾留守大学生心理成长的需要,帮助他们增强自信心,以提升曾留守大学生的心理健康水平。The former left-behind college students are an important group in universities.This paper discusses the psychological problems they may experience and proposes corresponding measures to provide a useful reference for promoting mental health education in universities and promote their mental health and all-round development.The survey and interview results from the College Students Growth Questionnaire,compiled by a university showed that rural former left-behind college students were more likely to have inferiority complex than non-left-behind college students.Special family circumstances,such as parents'divorce and remarriage,non-only child families,being fostered,and insufficient intimate relationships with parents,can easily lead to a subconscious inferiority complex among rural former left-behind college students.It is proposed to establish a"four-level"network platform for mental health education in colleges and universities,to offer courses related to mental health education for college students,to enrich the extracurricular life of college students,and to establish a"family-school-society"collaborative education molel.These measures aim to meet the psychological growth needs of rural former left-behind college students,help them enhance their self-confidence,and improve their mental health levels.
