摘 要:为探究煤矸石取代率对混凝土短柱极限承载力的影响,等间距设计了煤矸石取代率为0%,20%,40%,60%,80%,100%的混凝土短柱;对不同取代率所导致的破坏形态、荷载-纵向应变关系、荷载-位移关系和极限承载力进行研究,并建立了考虑煤矸石取代率的混凝土短柱极限承载力的计算公式。试验结果表明:随着煤矸石取代率的增加,混凝土短柱的极限承载力分别下降了5.37%,13.81%,17.90%,23.53%,28.90%;改进后的煤矸石混凝土短柱极限承载力的计算公式误差为3.77%,可以很好地预测煤矸石混凝土短柱的极限承载力,为煤矸石在混凝土结构中的应用提供了理论基础。To explore the effect of coal gangue substitution rate on the ultimate bearing capacity of concrete short columns,the concrete short columns with substitution rates of 0%,20%,40%,60%,80%and 100%are designed with equal intervals;The failure forms,load-longitudinal strain relationship,load-displacement relationship and ultimate bearing capacities caused by different substitution rates are studied,and a calculation formula for the ultimate bearing capacity of concrete short columns considering the coal gangue substitution rate is established.The test results show that with the increase of the substitution rate,the ultimate bearing capacity decreases by 5.37%,13.81%,17.90%,23.53% and 28.90% respectively;The improved calculation formula for the ultimate bearing capacity has an error of 3.77%,which can accurately predict the ultimate bearing capacity and provide a theoretical basis for the application of coal gangue in concrete structures.
