区域图书馆联盟推动公共数字文化服务发展的对策研究

摘　　要：文章立足区域图书馆联盟建设的背景,阐释了区域图书馆联盟推动公共数字文化服务发展的价值向度。以唐山地区为例,分析了区域图书馆联盟推动公共数字文化服务发展的成效及不足。结合调查发现的问题,从细化区域图书馆联盟相关法律制度、强化区域图书馆联盟数智技术赋能、引导区域图书馆联盟服务包容性发展、提升区域图书馆联盟的质效与安全、丰富区域图书馆联盟资源供给、优化区域图书馆联盟人才队伍结构等方面深入探索了区域图书馆联盟推动公共数字文化服务发展的对策。Based on the background of the construction of regional library alliances,this paper interprets the value dimension of regional library alliances in promoting the collaborative development of public digital cultural services.The effectiveness and shortcomings of regional library alliances in promoting the development of public digital cultural services were analyzed by the case of library alliances in Tangshan.Combined with the problems identified in the investigation,the strategies for regional library alliances to promote the collaborative development of public digital cultural services were explored in depth from the fields of refining the relevant legal system of regional library alliances,enhancing digital intelligence technology empowerment of regional library alliances,guiding inclusive development of regional library alliances service,improving the quality,efficiency and security of regional library alliances,enriching the resource supply of regional library alliances and optimizing the structure of the talent team of regional library alliances.
