摘 要:文章提出了一种应用于袋装饲料装车的凸轮连杆机构式码包装置,并根据实际工况运用解析法对凸轮连杆机构进行了尺寸综合设计。随后利用MATLAB软件绘制了凸轮的轮廓曲线和压力角曲线;然后利用ADAMS软件对凸轮连杆机构进行仿真分析,从仿真的结果曲线中发现其运动的速度和加速度幅值过大,需要对其进行优化;采用MATLAB软件中的NSGA-Ⅱ算法对凸轮连杆机构进行尺寸优化,再将优化后的参数带入ADAMS软件中进行模拟仿真。最后将仿真得到的速度与加速度曲线与之前的曲线进行对比,可以发现优化后的速度和加速度明显降低,提高了码包机构运动的平稳性,达到了优化设计的目的。为袋装饲料装车机码包装置的设计提供了新思路,并且为平面凸轮连杆机构的优化设计提供了一定参考价值。This article proposes a cam linkage mechanism for packaging bagged feed trucks,and uses analytical methods to comprehensively design the dimensions of the cam linkage mechanism based on actual working conditions.Subsequently,the contour curve and pressure angle curve of the cam were drawn using MATLAB software;Then,using ADAMS software to simulate and analyze the cam linkage mechanism,it was found from the simulation results that the velocity and acceleration amplitude of its motion were too large,and optimization was needed;Using the NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm in MATLAB software to optimize the size of the cam linkage mechanism,and then inputting the optimized parameters into ADAMS software for simulation.Finally,by comparing the simulated velocity and acceleration curves with the previous curves,it can be found that the optimized velocity and acceleration have significantly decreased,improving the smoothness of the motion of the code package mechanism and achieving the goal of optimized design.This provides a new approach for the design of bagged feed loading machine code packaging,and provides a certain reference value for the optimization design of planar cam linkage mechanisms.
