摘　　要：随着现代工业自动化产线的大力发展,自动化生产在我们身边随处可见。但是有些自动化生产线依旧需要人工干预或辅助,比如转辙机的装配过程种的零部件涂胶工艺就需要人工辅助。线下涂胶机既避免了人工涂胶对皮肤的伤害又提高了工作效率,缩短了生产节拍。通过对转辙机装配过程的分析确定零件的涂胶平面,设计线下涂胶机的结构,然后通过电气控制实现对零件表面的涂胶任务。With the vigorous development of modern industrial automation production line,automated production can be seen everywhere around us.However,some automated production lines still require manual intervention or assistance,such as the gluing process of parts in the assembly process of the switch machine.The line gluing machine not only avoids the damage of artificial gluing on the skin but also improves the work efficiency and shortens the production rhythm.Through the analysis of the assembly process of the switch machine,the glue plane of the parts is determined,the structure of the glue machine is designed,and the task of the glue on the surface of the parts is realized by electrical control.
