摘  要:由于现有液基制片设备自动化程度不高、价格昂贵,目前普遍采用人工或半人工制片,存在制片质量不稳定、劳动强度大、效率低等不足,针对这一问题,研发一种液基细胞病理玻片自动制片系统。提出包含耗材补给、物料转运、样本处理、成片运送等功能模块和“计算机+嵌入式控制器”架构的总体方案,形成液基制片专用软件,进行数字化自动制片功能的测试试验,单通量制片20份耗时22min。研究表明,采用该自动制片系统可提高制片质量和效率。Due to the low degree of automation and high price of the existed liquid-based slide making equipment,manual or semi-manual production was generally used.Aiming at the problemsof the unstable production quality,high labor intensity and low efficiency,an automated production system for liquid-based cell pathology slide was designed.The proposed overall scheme including the"computer+embedded controller"architecture and functional modules such as consumables supply,material transfer,sample processing,and pathological slides transportationweredeveloped.The special software for liquid-based slide production was formed.The testing experiment of digital automatic liquid-based slide production had been completed.It took 22 minutes to process 20 samples.The test result had shown that the prototype of the liquid-based cell automatic productionsystem could improve the quality and efficiency of producting liquid-based cell slide.
