摘  要:鉴于某公司当前采用的传统手动数据分析方法存在耗时费力、反馈滞后的问题,难以及时捕捉并响应客户用电情况的动态变化,本文研发一种基于大数据技术的自动化客户用电分析报告生成系统。该系统旨在实现客户用电数据的实时采集、深度分析与高效报告生成,以便企业能够迅速适应市场波动并满足客户的个性化需求。实践应用证明,该系统不仅能够输出标准化的电力分析报告,还能依据客户的具体需求及历史用电数据,定制个性化建议。此外该系统不仅显著提升了客户满意度与忠诚度,还强化了公司的市场竞争力。通过实施精准营销策略,公司能够更加精准地推广新产品或服务,从而有效提升销售业绩。In view of the traditional manual data analysis method adopted by a company is time-consuming and laborious,it is difficult to timely capture and respond to the dynamic change of customer electricity consumption,this paper develops an automatic customer electricity analysis report generation system based on big data technology.The system aims to realize the real-time collection,in-depth analysis and efficient report generation of customer electricity data,so that enterprises can quickly adapt to the market fluctuations and meet the personalized needs of customers.The practical application has proved that the system can not only output standardized power analysis reports,but also customize personalized suggestions according to the specific demand and historical electricity consumption data of customers.In addition,the system not only significantly improves customer satisfaction and loyalty,but also strengthens the company's market competitiveness.Through the implementation of precision marketing strategy,the company can more accurately promote new products or services,thus effectively improving sales performance.
