摘 要:近年来滤棒加香技术由于具有不发生热降解、添加香料种类多样等优点,已成为烟草企业重要的研究方向。然而,滤棒加香工艺中存在滤棒喷嘴易堵塞和香料加注流量不稳定等问题。本研究对滤棒直接加香装置的结构和工艺流程进行了优化,解决了喷嘴易堵塞等问题,并通过定压控制保证了香料加注流量的稳定性。同时本研究采用双称重传感器差值的方法,对小流量的测量起到一定补充作用,提高了滤棒加香工艺的精度,本研究为滤棒加香技术的发展和应用提供了参考。In recent years,filter stick flavoring technology has become an important research direction for tobacco enterprises due to the advantages of non-thermal degradation and variety of added flavors.However,there are problems such as easy clogging of the nozzle of the filter rod and unstable flow rate of flavoring in the rod flavoring process.In this study,the structure and process flow of the filter rod direct flavoring device were optimized to solve the problems of easy clogging of nozzles and ensure the stability of the spice filling flow rate through constant pressure control.At the same time,this study adopts the method of double load cell difference,which plays a certain complementary role in the measurement of small flow rate,and improves the accuracy of the filter rod flavoring process,and this study provides a reference for the development and application of the filter rod flavoring technology.
