摘　　要：在现代工业生产领域,自动化系统的应用已成为提高生产效率和保障产品质量的关键。电气注塑设备生产线作为塑料制品生产的核心环节,其自动化水平直接影响着整个生产过程的稳定性和效率。Petri网,作为一种数学建模工具,以其独特的图形化表示和对并发性、同步性及资源共享性的天然描述能力,在复杂系统的建模与分析中展现出强大的优势。通过将Petri网应用于电气注塑设备生产线的建模与仿真,可以有效地对生产流程进行优化,从而达到提高生产效率、降低成本和缩短生产周期的目的。In the field of modern industrial production,the application of automation system has become the key to improve production efficiency and ensure product quality.As the core link of plastic products production,the automation level of electrical injection molding equipment production line directly affects the stability and efficiency of the whole production process.Petri network,as a mathematical modeling tool,has shown a strong advantage in the modeling and analysis of complex systems with its unique graphical representation and natural description of concurrency,synchronization and resource sharing.By applying the Petri network to the modeling and simulation of the electrical injection molding equipment production line,the production process can be effectively optimized,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the production efficiency,reducing the cost and shortening the production cycle.
