摘 要:遥控武器站是搭载武器的平台,实现遥控武器站摇架通用化是提高武器站多种武器通用适配能力的关键。按照最大包络原则对直接搭载武器的摇架进行力学环境设计,使其适应两型机枪。采用有限元方法对摇架进行模态分析和瞬态动力学分析,结果显示两型机枪发射频率远低于摇架的固有频率,机枪射击不会引起摇架的共振;同时,摇架的刚强度满足两型机枪的使用要求。The remote control weapon station is a platform to carry weapons.The key to improve the ability of multi-weapon adaptation is to realize the universality of the remote control weapon station rocking frame.According to the principle of maximum envelope,the mechanical environment of the rocking frame is designed,and the modal analysis and transient dynamic analysis of the rocking frame are carried out by finite element method.The results show that the firing frequency of the two types of machine guns is much lower than the natural frequency of the rocking frame,and the firing of the machine guns will not cause the resonance of the rocking frame.At the same time,the stiffness and strength of the rocking frame can meet the requirements of the two types of machine guns.
