摘 要:通过对某型直升机传动系统中间减速器齿轮齿面擦伤问题的原因进行分析和排查,引入齿顶圆角a、b值作为辅助判断齿顶圆角与齿面、齿顶转接情况,确定是由于输出齿轮齿顶圆角偏小且与齿面转接未圆滑过渡导致的齿面擦伤。本文对故障机理进行了详细分析,针对故障原因从设计、工艺两方面提出了改进措施,经试验验证有效。By analyzing and investigating the causes of gear tooth surface abrasion in the intermediate reducer of a certain type of helicopter transmission system,the values of tooth tip fillet a and b were introduced as auxiliary judgments to determine the connection between tooth tip fillet and tooth surface,and the connection between tooth tip fillet and tooth surface.It was determined that the tooth surface abrasion was caused by the output gear tooth tip fillet being too small and not smoothly transitioning to the tooth surface connection.This article provides a detailed analysis of the fault mechanism and proposes improvement measures from both design and process aspects to address the cause of the fault.The measures have been verified to be effective through experiments.
