摘  要:束流损失可能导致加速器设备的显著辐照损坏。为防止机器材料的损坏,并允许进行人工维护,设计了HIAF项目的束流损失监测系统。该系统接收基于塑料闪烁体的快响应束损探测器信号,利用脉冲计数和ADC积分两路数据进行束流损失判断。通过Xilinx Kintex-7系列FPGA实现各时间窗口积分算法,并给出各窗口的触发联锁保护信号。探测器数据采集模块采用16位高精度ADC,采样频率20 MSPS,可实现对探测器数据的连续采样,以便进行后续的数据处理和联锁判断。通过实验室测试,束流损失监测系统准确监测到了束流损失的发生,并及时给出了联锁保护信号,为加速器的正常运行提供了数据支撑。Beam loss may lead to significant radiation damage to accelerator equipment.To prevent damage to machine materials and allow for manual maintenance,a beam loss monitoring system for the HIAF project has been designed.The system receives signals from a fast response beam loss detector based on plastic scintillators,and uses pulse counting and ADC integration of two data channels to determine beam loss.Implement the integration algorithm for each time window using Xilinx Kintex-7 series FPGA,and provide triggering interlock protection signals for each window.The detector data acquisition module adopts a 16 bit high-precision ADC with a sampling frequency of 20 MSPS,which can achieve continuous sampling of detector data for subsequent data processing and interlock judgment.Through laboratory testing,the beam loss monitoring system accurately detected the occurrence of beam loss and promptly provided interlocking protection signals,providing data support for the normal operation of the accelerator.
