摘 要:2023年,中共中央、国务院印发了《数字中国建设整体布局规划》文件,强调夯实数字基础设施和数据资源体系,为智慧档案馆建设奠定坚实基础。人工智能技术在智慧档案馆业务管理流程中的嵌入与应用促使档案业务管理流程发生全新变革,同时回应国家档案事业发展的战略要求。本文剖析档案业务管理流程的现状,从文件生命周期角度阐述人工智能给档案馆业务管理流程带来的全新变革,以期为人工智能开启智慧档案馆新纪元提供方向指南和价值引领。In 2023,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and The State Council issued the Overall Layout Plan for the construction of Digital China,emphasizing the consolidation of digital infrastructure and data resource systems to lay a solid foundation for the construction of smart archives.The embedding and application of artificial intelligence technology in the business management process of smart archives has prompted a new changein the business management process of archives,and at the same time responded to the strategic requirements of the development of national archives.This paper analyzes the current situation of archives business management process,and expounds the new changes brought by artificial intelligence to archives business management process from the perspective of file life cycle,in order to provide direction and value guidance for artificial intelligence to open a new era of intelligentarchives.
