摘　　要：对外开放贯穿中国式现代化发展始终,是中国式现代化的鲜明标识。中国式现代化推进过程中有两条清晰的轨迹,展示了对外开放与中国式现代化发展的逻辑关联和对外开放推动中国式现代化发展的机理。新时代推进高水平对外开放,必须以坚定的开放自信,切实增强进一步扩大开放的认识自觉与行动自觉;以清醒的开放认知,全面把握进一步扩大开放在内涵与外延上的深刻变化;落实党的二十届三中全会提出的任务举措,努力提高进一步扩大开放的能力本领。Opening up runs through the development of Chinese modernization as its distinctive symbol.There are two clear tracks in the process of its promotion,which show the logical connection between opening up and its development and the mechanism of the former to promote the latter.To advance high-level opening up in the new era,we must effectively enhance our awareness and action consciousness to further expand opening up with firm confidence in it,grasp the profound changes in the connotation and denotation of further advancing opening up with sober awareness comprehensively,and strive to improve the capability to further expand opening up for implementing the tasks and measures proposed at the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee.
