摘  要:为实现“双碳”目标,减少碳排放,我国新能源汽车近几年蓬勃发展。新能源汽车的崛起,给各大整车厂以及上下游企业提出了新的挑战。新能源汽车相较于传统内燃机汽车最大的变化是取消了发动机,这也导致很多适配发动机的冷却管材料不再满足新能源车的轻量化和环保的要求。本文对新能源汽车与传统内燃机汽车冷却管差异点进行了分析。通过对比发现,PP和TPV材料的冷却液管路更加受新能源汽车的青睐;在测试标准方面,新能源汽车冷却管降低了环境温度、冷却液温度和振动的要求,但提高了对压力值、测试总时长和冷却液更快的温度变化速率的要求。In order to realize the goal of"double carbon"and reduce carbon emissions,China's new energy vehicles have flourished in recent years.The rise of new energy vehicles has presented new challenges to major OEMs and upstream and downstream enterprises.The biggest change in new energy vehicles compared to tradi-tional internal combustion engine vehicles is the elimination of the engine,which also leads to a lot of cooling pipe materials adapted to the engine no longer meet the lightweight and environmental requirements of new energy vehicles.This paper analyzes the differences between the cooling pipes of new energy vehicles and tradi-tional internal combustion engine vehicles.Through comparison,it is found that PP and TPV material coolant piping is more favored by new energy vehicles;in terms of testing standards,new energy vehicle coolant piping reduces the requirements of ambient temperature,coolant temperature and vibration,but improves the require-ments of pressure value,total test length and faster rate of change of coolant temperature.
