摘　　要：随着新能源车辆的保有量增加,新能源事故也逐渐增多,因此在提升新能源汽车安全性的同时进一步加强新能源汽车事故监管具有必要性和紧迫性。本文基于对现有新能源汽车事故管理政策的研究,进一步分析当前管理模式存在的问题与不足,提出针对性优化策略与建议,为新能源汽车事故监管提供新思路。With the increase in the ownership of new energy vehicles,new energy accidents have gradually increased,so it is necessary and urgent to further strengthen the supervision of new energy vehicle accidents while improving the safety of new energy vehicles.This paper is based on the study of the existing new energy vehicle accident management policy,further analyzes the problems and deficiencies of the current management model,and puts forward targeted optimization strategies and recommendations to provide new ideas for the supervision of new energy vehicle accidents.
