摘　　要：充电基础设施的完善是新能源汽车发展的重要前提,充电设备是否完善会直接影响到居民对新能源汽车的消费意愿。本文以自贡市社区为例,阐述了社区新能源汽车充电供需不匹配的现状;分析了社区充电面临的困境,例如规划布局不合理、充电服务费高、物业管理工作量大;提出了用政策指引、部门协调、充电补贴等相关对策。The improvement of charging infrastructure is an important prerequisite for the development of new energy vehicles,and whether the charging equipment is perfect or not will directly affect the residents'willing-ness to consume new energy vehicles.This paper takes the community of Zigong City as an example,describes the current situation of mismatch between supply and demand of charging of new energy vehicles in the com-munity;analyzes the dilemmas faced by charging in the community,such as irrational planning and layout,high charging service fee,and heavy workload of property management;and puts forward relevant countermeasures such as using policy guidelines,departmental coordination,charging subsidies,and other relevant countermea-sures.
