摘　　要：随着整车节能降耗要求越来越高,整车对于电驱动总成的体积和效率要求也逐渐提高。由于行星减速器结构尺寸小、传动效率高,可适应整车布置空间小、高效率的需求,因此在新能源电驱动总成领域行星减速器应用范围越来越广。行星减速器尺寸小也导致行星轴装配难度较大。为解决行星轴装配困难的问题,本文以某行星减速器为研究对象,设计了一种行星轴液氮冷压装置,并对其设计原理和应用方法进行分析研究。Along with the vehicle energy saving and consumption reduction requirements are getting higher and higher,the vehicle for the electric drive assembly size and efficiency requirements are also getting higher and higher.Due to the small size of the planetary reducer structure,high transmission efficiency,can be adapted to the vehicle layout space is small,high efficiency needs,so in the field of new energy electric drive assembly planetary reducer application is more and more extensive.However,due to the small size of the planetary reducer,it is also difficult to assemble the planetary shaft.In order to solve the problem of planetary shaft assembly difficulties,this paper takes a planetary gearbox as the research object,designs a planetary shaft liquid nitrogen cold pressing device,and analyzes and researches its design principle and application method.
