汽车机械制图中尺寸标注规范化技术探讨

摘　　要：汽车机械制图中尺寸标注规范化是确保图纸准确性和可读性的重要因素。本文深入探讨了尺寸标注的基本规则,详细分析了特殊元素与结构,以及关联零件和装配体的尺寸标注,列举了国标规定的一些尺寸注法示例,如线性尺寸数字的方向、圆的直径和圆弧半径的标注方法、弦长和弧长的标注等,强调了尺寸标注的合理性,即标注尺寸既要符合设计要求,又要便于加工和测量,为实际制图提供具体指导,旨在为汽车机械制图的尺寸标注提供一套更加完善、规范的技术体系。The standardization of dimensioning in automotive mechanical drawing is the key to ensure the accu-racy and readability of drawings.Based on my own experience,the author deeply discusses the basic rules of dimensioning,and analyzes the dimensioning of special elements and structures and the dimensioning of associ-ated parts and assemblies in detail.The paper also lists some examples of dimensioning methods stipulated by national standard,such as the direction of linear dimension numbers,the marking method of circle diameter and arc radius,the marking method of chord length and arc length,etc.,emphasizing the rationality of dimension-ing,that is,the marking size should not only meet the design requirements,but also be easy to process and mea-sure,providing specific guidance for the actual drawing.The aim is to provide a more perfect and standardized technical system for the dimensioning of automobile mechanical drawing.
