摘　　要：CATIA V5是由达索系统开发的一体化设计和制造解决方案,被广泛应用于航空航天、汽车、造船、电子和机械制造等行业。其支持从概念设计到详细设计、制造和装配的整个产品生命周期。CATIA V5的功能不限于强大的几何设计,还包括工程知识建模、制造仿真和工艺规划,使企业能够实施高效的产品生命周期管理战略。特别是其知识工程模块,在白车身焊接夹具设计中具有显著优势。本文探讨了基于CATIA V5知识工程模块的白车身焊装夹具设计。CATIA V5 is an integrated design and manufacturing solution developed by Dassault Systemes and is widely used in the aerospace,automotive,shipbuilding,electronics and mechanical engineering industries.It supports the entire product lifecycle from conceptual design to detailed design,manufacturing and assembly.CATIA V5's functionality is not limited to powerful geometric design,but also includes engineering knowledge modeling,manufacturing simulation and process planning,enabling companies to implement efficient product lifecycle management strategies.In particular,its knowledge engineering module has significant advantages in the design of body-in-white welding fixtures.This paper discusses the design of body-in-white welding fixtures based on the knowledge engineering module of CATIA V5.
